Mathew and I do the catch up thing. He recorded an album back in 2020,but do to an accident he received an electrical burn on his right hand. lots of rehab and time ensued and now he can release the material and do a charity show :)

Hometown Hamilton concert for the new album Half An Hour! Colour Film + Lisa Savard-Quong Saturday April 27 Church of St John the Evangelist, "The Rock on Locke" Doors open at 7:30pm, show at 8.

Tickets are $20 via:www.rockonlocke.ca/events/colour-film-and-lisa-savard-quong Licensed event / all ages with drinks by Grain&Grit Beer Co. Brightening the Colour Film palette will be Kori Pop, Joel Banks, Danielle Monica, and Andrew Jonathon.

Concert proceeds will go to the Hand Clinic at Hamilton General Hospital, where I've been a patient for the past year and a bit. In November 2022, I had a high-voltage electrical injury that badly damaged my right hand, resulting in a month in the burn unit, numerous operations, and on-going rehab. The expert care provided by the good people at the Hand Clinic has been integral to my continuing recovery and ability to play music again. I'm forever grateful.Direct donations to the Hand Clinic can be made at: www.hamiltonhealth.ca/colourfilm Preview songs from the new album at www.colourfilm.ca Uplifting photo: Blue Hill Images
